Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to update your order (size, address, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to help.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Are shipping fees refundable?
